Handing out of the Cambridge Certificates
On September 7 th , the certificates of the Cambridge tests were officially handed out to the students who sat for them. After singing the national anthem of Guatemala and listening to the national anthem of the United Kingdom, principal Michael Peitler congratulated the students on their good results. He also thanked the parents for their support and pointed out that it was a good decision to have opted for these exams.
Sarah Riggot, representative for Cambridge Guatemala, gave a short presentation about the standardized tests and their evaluation. She praised the students and the school for the good results.
When the students received their certificates, they were commended by their parents, teachers, and the Cambridge representatives. The event ended with congratulating the English teachers Ingeborg Nagele, Claudia König, and Siegfried Ganster on having prepared the students for these tests.
